Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year is the new wine-only category in the Pink Lady¨ Food Photographer of the Year (www.pinkladyfoodphotographeroftheyear.com). Entries are now closed and as proof of the international appeal, Errazuriz is excited to reveal that submissions have been received from 22 countries in the wine photography category alone.
Comments wine writer Joanna Simon about the new category "I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed doing the three judging stages of the Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year sub-categories and I'm very much looking forward to the Awards ceremony on April 23rd."
The full shortlist across categories has been decided and successful entrants have been sworn to secrecy. Later this month the overall winner will be decided at the Judges' Dinner at the Saatchi Gallery. The prestigious Awards Reception will be held at the world-renowned Mall Galleries in April, presented by Jay Rayner, broadcaster and food critic.

Francisco Baettig, Errazuriz Chief Winemaker comments: "In Chile we are so thrilled by the high number of entries - there is so much enthusiasm around wine photography, not only in the UK but on an international scale. It is the dream that we can hang the winning wine photograph in our new state of the art winery; a beautiful home for art as well as to make wine. We can't wait to see the shortlisted entries!"
