Last week Errazuriz Estate's Chief Winemaker Francisco Baettig hosted a small dinner and wine tasting at Pollen Street Social.
A stunning three-course meal was served, accompanied by a selection of food-friendly Aconcagua Costa wines and as well as some of the Errazuriz flagship wines.

At the Pollen Street event, we were lucky enough that one of last year's finalists Paul Winch-Furness provided a mini tutorial on how to take better food and wine photos with your Smartphone before the dinner kicked off in earnest. The dinner itself was a huge success, with dishes including crab, coriander and pineapple rolls which showed the delicious wines off brilliantly.
