Pierre- Emmanuel Taittinger
Grandson of the founder, Pierre Taittinger is the President of Taittinger and has been part of the family enterprise since 1976. Heading up the business on a day to day basis, he oversees all aspects involved in running the company's worldwide affairs. Besides embracing a passion for his family's business, Pierre-Emmanuel is also a great lover of the arts and is a well known character in the region supporting wider initiatives. Today, his son, Clovis, and daughter, Vitalie, are also actively involved in the business following in their father's footsteps, to make wines of the highest, consistent quality.
With a permanently packed suitcase, Clovis spends most of his time travelling the world. Heading up the export team, Clovis's business background has proved invaluable along with his boundless energy, both crucial for managing a relentless schedule and the company's international sales.
With a background in design and art, Vitalie Taittinger is perfectly placed as the custodian of Taittinger's image. As Marketing Director, Vitalie works alongside a talented team reinforcing the reputation of Taittinger through its visual identity, design and public relations.
Following extensive Oenological studies and experience in Reims and California, Alexandre joined Taittinger in 2015 to work closely alongside the longstanding Chef de Caves, Loic Dupont. After 34 years at Taittinger Loic retired in 2018 and Alexandre was appointed Chef de Caves. He is responsible for the winemaking and blending of all the Taittinger wines, the guardian of their consistent quality.
