His home is in Western Australia where he knows every patch of decent vineyard and drives thousands of kilometres visiting vineyards throughout the growing season.
Chris Hancock – MW (Hon) Deputy Executive Chairman - Chris has worked for the Oatley family and in the UK market since 1976. Trained as a Chemist, Chris had five vintages of Penfold’s Grange Hermitage under his belt before he got snapped up by Bob Oatley.
Robert Merrick - Rob heads Oatley's NSW winemaking team based in Mudgee. He was born in Zimbabwe but grew up in Western Australia, where he caught the winemaking bug. Rob worked in Western Australia, Languedoc and Tasmania before he joined the Robert Oatley team in 2011.
