The nose is intensely aromatic, highlighting its great freshness and aromas of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit. Citrus and mineral notes with some hints of green pepper and tomato leaves stand out on the palate.
Sourced from vineyards in Casablanca with loam and clay soils, with stony incrustations
The cool-climate coastal region of Casablanca was even cooler than average in 2018. In some cases this meant that the grapes were harvested a full month later than in 2017. Slower ripening however meant very high-quality grapes with complex flavour profiles were harvested, producing elegant wines.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks using specially selected dry yeasts.
