Notes of fresh fruit such as cherry and cranberry, accompanied by soft floral aromas such as lavender, best represent this variety in particular. The palate is soft and pleasant, highlighted by its acidity and polished tannins.

Fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks using selected dry yeast. 70% barrel aged for 7 months in barrel of second and third use.
