Made from grapes sourced from specific lower-yielding, intensively-managed blocks in our Gimblett Gravels plantings. Each vineyard parcel is fermented and aged separately before blending. A proportion of the wines go in to new French oak barrels, creating wines that are full-bodied and textural.
