Boxwood and acacia flowers are the dominant aromas in this Sauvignon from the Loire Valley. Fresh and slightly acidic on the palate, this beautifully textured wine is delicious. The varietal side of the Sauvignon grape reveals itself in a beautiful blend of floral notes. Fresh and varietal, just the way we like them.

Vineyards

All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmentally-friendly manner, adapted for each terroir.

Vintage

A mild and humid spring, temperate summer and very wet autumn.

Winemaking

Mechanical harvest. Direct with pneumatic press and juice selection. Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees prior to bottling.
