Grapes from Barossa grown on a variety of clay loam and sandy soils.

Vintage

Shiraz from Barossa enjoyed ideal ripening conditions in generous yields in 2016. An excellent year for Shiraz.

Winemaking

Fermented on skins in closed fermenters. Aged in French oak for 12 months.
