Beaujolais 2017

A light wine with a perfumed aroma. Juicy and fresh - just as a Beaujolais should be.

Vineyards

From limestone soils with scattered veins of sand and sometimes granite.

Vintage

"2017 was a low yielding vintage in Beaujolais due to summer hail. However, the grapes that did survive were of excellent quality. "

Winemaking

A short maceration at low temperatures to ensure clear colour extraction and to maintain freshness.
