31.10.2017 -Last night, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) named Hastings Pier as the 2017 winner of its prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize. As the official Champagne partner of RIBA, Champagne Taittinger was there to ensure the winning team enjoyed a sparkling celebration.
Hastings Pier reopened in April 2016 after being devastated by fire in 2010, and beat five other buildings to take the Award. Now in its 22nd year, the title is presented annually to the UK’s best new building and this is the 4th year that Champagne Taittinger has worked with RIBA at this prestigious ceremony.
