Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year is delighted to welcome Viña Errázuriz once again as sponsors of the Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year, as well as raising a glass to welcome Magui Chadwick, Family Ambassador, onto the judging panel for 2018.
“I am really looking forward to seeing this year’s entries,” says Magui, sixth generation Chadwick, “and will be on the look out for something that little bit different. We are very proud to be patrons of the world’s finest wine photography through this award.”
Just like our winners last year, this is your chance to showcase the different perspectives of produce, people and places from the world of wine; so let the creative juices flow!
The winner of Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year, a category of Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year, will win £1,000 and an Errazuriz Don Maximiano Founder’s Reserve Commemorative Magnum (150cl), signed by Eduardo Chadwick.
The Errazuriz categories seek the very best of wine-related images from around the world. Finalists’ images will also travel to Chile as part of the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year touring exhibition and will be on display at the iconic Viña Errázuriz estate winery, which receives over 3000 visitors each year.
Past winners include top international photographers Victor Pugatschew, Australia, Robert Holmes, USA and Patrick Desgraupes, France.
The judging panel for the Errazuriz categories include Magui Chadwick, Family Ambassador, Viña Errazuriz: Abby Hocking, Online Photo Editor of Food & Wine, Time Inc: Joanna Simon, award-winning Wine & Food Editor; Yasia Williams, Creative Director of Mitchell Beazley, leading publisher of wine books and John Stimpfig, Decanter Content Director.
Entries may be submitted until 6 February 2018. The Winners’ exhibition is held in April at the world-renowned Mall Galleries, London.
