Ad Hoc Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir 2021 6x75cl

Margaret River

The nose shows graphite, minerals and juicy balck cherries. A hint of spicy oak plays a supporting role. The palate is softley textured, fresh and vibrant with flavours of black cherry and earthy beetroot. The wine has a soft, silky finish.

Vintage

An exceptional vintage with rainfall falling at just the right times, Rieslings are some of the best in recent memory with expression of floral aromas and balanced acidities.Cabernet and Shiraz from Frankland are exceptional with tannin and colour. Chardonnay and Pinot from the sub-region of Porongurup are exceptional examples.

Winemaking

Sourced from several locations in Great Southern, the fruit was fermented using a combination of wild fermentation, selected yeasts and a 1-3 year old French oak for 6 months prior to bottling.
