Vineyards

Grapes were selected from various sites across the Great Southern. Great attention to harvest dates along with gentle de-stemming.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage in Western Australia produced some exceptional wines, with cool temperatures throughout the region allowing grapes to ripen slowly and evenly, resulting in wines fully developed flavours and excellent acidity in the white wines.

Winemaking

Minimal use of sulphur and using free-run juice from select parcels of fruit ensured the elegance and purity of flavour was maintained.
