Only 6 barrels of this poised and classic Cabernet Sauvignon were produced. Classic blackcurrant with soft tannins and tremendous length.
Grapes were hand selected by individual bunch.
A vintage that came slightly later than normal, but one of great quality.
Grapes were hand picked and run down and individual berry sorting table into small vessels to macerate and ferment on skins for 4-6 weeks. Twelve months in new and 1-year old tight grained low toast French oak.
