Vintage

The weather conditions in 2023 were challenging. There were heat waves, thunderstorms, hailstorms, and even a small tornado before the harvest. Although the grapes were healthy, they varied due to the weather. Despite some challenges, a bit of rain and fluctuating temperatures brought relief. The diverse grapes will make this vintage rich and unique.

Winemaking

Direct pressing and short maceration Rose with no added sulphite from harvest to bottling.

Perfect aperitif, with caprese salad, grilled fish or seafood, even strawberry tiramisu. For veggies try with tabbouleh or seasonal vegetable curry.
