Vintage

the 2022 vintage wasŠsmall but excellent. The growing season began with a chilly relatively dry winter that saw some icy lows. April, especially, delivered harsh winter frosts.

Winemaking

Hand-picked grapes exclusively. Traditional Beaujolais process vinification with whole cluster fermentation and manual cap immersion. Matured for 9 months in stainless steel and cement vats before being transferred to the keg.
