    President & Owner

Eduardo is Don Maximiano’s descendant and the 5th generation of his family to be involved in winemaking. Eduardo is without a doubt one of the most important actors in the Chilean wine scene and also one of its most enthusiastic and charismatic promoters. An Industrial Engineer by profession, after finishing university Eduardo learned viticulture and winemaking from his father Alfonso and later studied in Bordeaux. This education led him to bring new technological modernizations to the family winery and vineyard, enabling him to bring the winery into the 21st century and place Chile firmly on the fine wine map of the world.

In 2018, Eduardo was named ‘Decanter Man of the Year’ for his tireless championing of Chilean fine wine.
