Vineyards

This Chardonnay is produced from high quality organic vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina. Stoney and sandy soils in the region provide the perfect environment to produce perfectly balanced Chardonnay

Vintage

The harvest of 2021 was a great one. Due to its cool and humid weather conditions, grapes had the time they needed to reach their optimal ripeness with a perfect balance of acidity/sugars and outstanding tannin structure.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. The wine is aged on its fine lees to add some richness prior to canning
