Taittinger and Villa Maria celebrate the UK’s biggest night in film

The 2023 EE BAFTA Film Awards were held on Sunday 19th February to celebrate the very best in film from the past year.  Broadcast on BBC1, this year’s celebrations saw not just a new venue but a new hosting duo of Richard E. Grant and Alison Hammond who revealed winners such as All Quiet on the Western Front for Best Film and The Banshees of Inisherin for Outstanding British Film.

As Official Champagne Partner to BAFTA for over two decades, Taittinger’s Brut Réserve NV opened the celebrations, with guests offered a glass upon arrival to the Awards Champagne reception. Hatch Mansfield’s other proud and longstanding BAFTA Partner, Villa Maria, was served at the Awards dinner, with the Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir perfectly paired with the dinner menu as the Official Wine Partner to BAFTA.

Both Taittinger and Villa Maria were also enjoyed in the lead-up to the Awards at the various BAFTA events such as the Nominees’ Party on Saturday 18th February and the exclusive press and influencer “Taste of BAFTA” event earlier in the month.  Being year round partners to BAFTA, both Taittinger and Villa Maria are on hand at all of BAFTA’s celebratory moments throughout the year and are proud to support the on-going work BAFTA does as a world-leading independent arts charity.
