Sandy has worked in the Hospitality industry for over 20 years. It all started working for the legendary Dick Theakston, in a pub, aged 14. Since his early cocktail days in the North of UK, he has worked and managed several bars and restaurants, including his own in Harrogate for 4 years. Following a successful period at Matthew Clark, and a harvest in Sicily, he worked in Dubai for MMI looking after premium on trade accounts, and opened the Seychelles export market. In October 2011 he joined Hatch from Berkmann as Antinori Brand Ambassador, to support all our customers in both the independent and Wholesale trade in the north of England.
