Estate Reserva Syrah 2023 6x75cl

A brilliant ruby-red Estate Reserva Syrah with violet highlights, exuding aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as blueberries and plums, along with a delicate foral hint of lavender. Te palate reveals vibrant notes of cherries, blackberries, and blueberries, complemented by subtle hints of sweet spices and pastry. Its lively acidity and well-rounded tannins contribute to a good volume and a medium-length finish.

Vineyards

The grapes for our Estate Shiraz were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The Mediterranean climate in this zone features moderately warm summer days and fresh evening breezes.

Vintage

The 2023 vintage in Aconcagua was exceptionally warm—surpassing even 2017 and 2020—but thanks to well-managed vineyards and the moderating influence of the coastal trough, the wines show remarkable balance. Despite high heat summation, water availability from normal winter rainfall and supplemental irrigation supported healthy vine growth, while protective netting helped preserve fruit integrity and acidity. Phenological stages progressed well, with even fruit set and a uniform veraison. Most varieties were harvested at typical times, with Carmenere picked slightly early to retain freshness. The result is a vintage marked by vibrant color, ripe yet fresh fruit, juicy acidity, and fine, delicate tannins.
