Vineyards

The vineyards are almost totally situated on a slope and, most of the climats are Premiers Crus like 'Les Bressandes '. This Premier Cru is situated at the North of this vineyard, at the top of the slope above 'Les Toussaints ' and 'Les Cents Vignes ' and next to 'Les Grèves '. It is considered as one of the finest white Premiers Crus. This place is magic, very sunny, and very close to the original rock. This vineyard has been planted 20 years ago.

Vintage

A season of extreme summer temperatures and one of the hottest and sunniest on record which led to lower yields. However, whilst yields are low, the quality and concentration is outstanding, with wines of great character.

Winemaking

Grapes are harvested Hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.
