Poised and elegant, this shows what lovely wines Louis Jadot make in the Mâcon Crus. Dry and fine with a touch of soft peachy fruit and delicate nutty notes.
Vineyards
Chardonnay is the only grape variety used in the whites of Mâcon. The vineyards of Saint Véran are planted predominantly I in very stony, limestone soils.
Winemaking
Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness as much as possible.
