Vineyards
Chardonnay is the only grape variety used in the whites of Mâcon. The vineyards of Saint-Véran are planted predominantly in very stony, limestone soils.
Winemaking
Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness as much as possible.
