    Andrew ‘Sandy’ Oatley joined his late father’s business straight out of high school: working firstly in coffee, then property, wine and now tourism as well. Today he runs all of the family’s commercial activities. A remarkably astute business person, Sandy is a Renaissance man in the true sense of the term.

    Chris has worked for the Oatley family and in the UK market since 1976.  Trained as a chemist, Chris had five vintages of Penfold’s Grange Hermitage under his belt before he got snapped up by Bob Oatley.

    Larry is one of Australia’s most awarded winemakers. His chief winemaking roles have been in McLaren Vale and Margaret River. He has also worked in Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire, Tuscany, Sicily, New Zealand and the U.S.A.

  • Debbie Lauritz

    In 2019 Debbie took on the role heading up Oatley’s winemaking team in Mudgee, New South Wales. Debbie has been working as a winemaker in NSW for the past decade and now has a strong affinity for cool climate winemaking. Before Australia she also worked in Alsace, Marlborough and Niagara in Canada.
