Catherine Corbeau-Mellot, stands in the yellow light of the barrel cellar, and samples from a white wine glass.

Catherine Corbeau-Mellot and her team strongly believe in the notion of terroir. Holding over 100 hectares of land spanning all the appellations of the Central Vineyards they are committed to bringing out the extraordinary potential and individual nuances of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from the different appellations.

As well as the key appellation names there is also an overlaying quality pyramid that stretches from Terroir, through Domaine and Single Vineyard to the Grand Cuvées. These show off the best of what the Central Vineyards of the Loire have to offer. In addition to these appellations, there are also the broader regional wines of Vin de Pays du Val Du Loire, that focus on the freshness of the grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
