Taking its striking colour from the addition of still red wine produced from the best Pinot Noirs from Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys, which is added to white wine before fermentation. Known as ‘l’addition’ method this gives vibrancy, depth and consistency to the colour and lively red fruit flavours to the wine.
