Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah direct press rose mainly from the right bank of the Rhone, from vines planted in loess and sandy soils, which are perfect for this wine. Aromas of red fruits and grapefruit are complemented by notes of exotic fruits, with fresh, delicate, fruity and refreshing palate to follow.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Collection Bio Facélie

From the most famous appellation in the southern Rhone, and indeed the world first appellation, given AOP status in 1936, this wine is a classic. From vines grown on vineyards covered by the legendary large rocks that stretch as far as the eye can see in the region. This is mainly Grenache, vinified in concrete eggs and aged in large oak casks fro 15 - 18 months. Expect rich fruit, spice and with some age, lots of liquorice and leather.

The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete vats, delivering complex aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant fruit, with an elegant, fresh palate wrapped in silky tannins, with a hint of liquorice on the finish.

Rasteau Les Gadilles

Vineyards in Rasteau were always absorbed into other appellations until 2010 when Rasteau was granted full AOP status. The vineyards are planted a few kilometres from the 'Dentelles de Montmirail' mountains, which form the foothills of France's highest peak, Mont Ventoux. The soils are chalky with good drainage and the wine is matured in stainless steel for 12 - 16 months giving it powerful dark fruit notes of raspberry and blackcurrant.

Saint-Joseph Deschants Rouge

Saint-Joseph is the second largest appellation in the Northern Rhone and over 90'% of the wine is red, made exclusively from Syrah. The vineyards are planted on the steep slopes of the right bank of the Rhone river, vinified in concrete tanks and then aged in a mixture of concrete and oak, which adds depth and complexity to this juicy, floral and spicy wine.

Made up of predominantly Grenache with a touch of Mourvedre, this intense and generous red hails from Vacqueyras which was the second Cote du Rhone villages to be upgraded to full AOP status in 1990. Its wines are often referred to being like siblings of Chateauneuf du Pape with its rich black fruit and white pepper characters.
